Who we are

LF Hospitality Consultant was founded in Brazil by Lianderson Freitas in January 2009. With decades of experience in all hotel segments and all forms of personal performance in each hotel department, academic excellence from the main universities in Brazil, the combined challenge of improving hospitality services, collaborating with the accumulated knowledge to achieve the best results for excellence.

Our Team

Lianderson Freitas

Lianderson Freitas, better known as Lian, has an academic background with an emphasis on Tourism (Catholic University, PUC Minas), has a master's level degree in both People Management and Business Management.

Lianderson managed several niches of the Hotel Industry in Brazil. Starting his career in 2004, he worked as an Event Manager, Hosting Manager and Customer Service Manager among others.

He worked in several hotel segments such as; Business Hotels, Leisure Hotels and Cruise Ships.

Over a period of 6 years in Brazil, he served as Executive Director at a Hotel Consulting Company: Vision Hotéis and Opte Hotéis, with a holistic approach to hotel ventures, carrying out hotel construction, retrofit and team training in all departments.

Upon arriving in America, he began his career as a manager in the supermarket niche, holding a management position at Seabra Group, the largest chain in the United States in the ethnic food market.
